The out-going students are enrolled to the Campion Old Students' Association (COSA). The COSA has been active and vibrant from its inception. The Alumni Association serves the purpose of fostering the relationships among the past and present students of the institution inculcating in them a feeling of responsibility towards building up and maintaining the traditions of the institution. Members of the COSA take active interest in the overall development of the college by holding various literary and cultural competitions for the students and issuing prizes and scholarships .
